Shipping & Delivery

We keep shipping simple and transparent. Below is what to expect from the moment you place an order on ASFALA.COM to the moment it arrives.

Where We Ship

We ship to the delivery locations offered at checkout. If your address is not accepted by the system, it is currently outside our service area.

Processing Time

  • Most in‑stock orders ship within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed during peak periods or promotions may require an additional business day to process.
  • If an item is on backorder or preorder, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. Your confirmation email will note any known delays.

Transit & Delivery Estimates

Delivery time is processing plus carrier transit time. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier capacity, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Fee & Options

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99 per order.
  • Any alternative delivery options, if available, will be shown at checkout.
  • Shipping fees are shown before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
  • If you did not receive tracking, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at [email protected].

Split Shipments

  • To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages.
  • If we split a single order into multiple parcels, you will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond what was quoted and paid at checkout.
  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can assist with corrections before your order ships.
  • Once a package is with the carrier, rerouting may not be possible.
  • If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members and neighbors, and look for attempted delivery notices. Then contact the carrier. If you still need help, email us and include your order number and tracking details.
  • For security, we may add signature confirmation at our discretion for higher‑value orders.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Carrier delays, adverse weather, and holiday volumes can extend transit times. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
  • Orders may be briefly held for verification to protect customers against payment fraud.
