Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to make returns straightforward while keeping products fresh and ready for the next customer. Please review the details below before sending anything back.

Quick overview

  • Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: unworn, unwashed, no odors or stains, all original tags and packaging included.
  • Hygiene exceptions: intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, and pierced jewelry are not returnable once opened or if hygiene seals are removed.
  • Final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return shipping: customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake or the item is confirmed defective.
  • Original shipping fee of $6.99 is non-refundable.

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with subject: “Return Request – Order #”.
  2. Include: order number, item(s) you’re returning, reason, and clear photos if there is any defect or issue.
  3. We will reply with return authorization and instructions (including the return address) within 1 business day.
  4. Ship the item(s) within 7 days of approval using a trackable service and keep your receipt.

Packing and shipping your return

  • Pack items securely in original or equivalent packaging to avoid damage in transit.
  • Remove or cover old labels if reusing a box.
  • Unauthorized returns or packages without identification may be refused or experience delays.
  • You may use your preferred carrier. If you prefer, request a prepaid label from us; the label cost will be deducted from your refund (we will share the amount for your approval before issuing it).

Refunds

  • Inspection time: 3–5 business days from the date your return is delivered to our facility.
  • Refund method: to the original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card, Stripe, or Airwallex).
  • Bank processing: typically 3–10 business days after we issue the refund.
  • Non-refundable: the original shipping fee of $6.99.
  • Condition adjustments: items that arrive worn, washed, damaged, missing tags, or not in resalable condition may be rejected or receive a partial refund at our discretion. If rejected, you can choose to have the item returned to you at your cost.

Exchanges

You have two options for size/color exchanges of the same item (subject to stock):

  1. Fastest method: Place a new order for the desired size/color now, then start a return for the original item. We’ll refund the original once it’s received and inspected.
  2. Direct exchange (when available): Email [email protected] to request an exchange. If approved, we’ll reserve the replacement for 3 days. Once your original item is in transit (tracking required) or received, we’ll dispatch the exchange. Exchange shipments use our standard $6.99 shipping; we’ll email a secure payment link for the shipping charge prior to release.

Exchange requests must be made within the same 30-day window and meet all return eligibility requirements.

Damaged or incorrect items

  • Report within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number, photos of the issue, and the packaging.
  • Once verified, we will provide next steps. For confirmed issues, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or a refund.
