Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start preparing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation. What should I do?

  • Check your spam/junk folder and any filtered tabs.
  • Make sure the email used at checkout is correct.
  • If needed, contact us with your full name and shipping address so we can locate your order.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can you update it?

Email us immediately with the correct address. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. After shipment, changes or rerouting may not be possible. If a package returns to us, we’ll follow up with next steps.

Shipping

We charge a standard shipping fee of $6.99 per order. Orders typically have a 1 business day handling time, with an estimated transit of 2–5 business days.

Where do you ship?

Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. If your location appears, we can ship there.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Shipping options displayed at checkout are the ones currently available. If you don’t see an expedited option, it is not offered at this time.

Tracking

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement after the carrier picks up the package.

Tracking says delivered, but I don’t have the package.

  • Check with other household members and neighbors.
  • Look around entrances and safe-drop areas.
  • Wait 24 hours in case of a carrier scan delay, then contact the carrier.
  • If you still can’t locate it, email us and include your order number.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?

  • Use the size details on the product page when available.
  • Measure yourself and compare to the garment or body measurements listed.
  • If you’re between sizes, consider how you prefer the fit (more fitted vs. more relaxed).

Can you help with fit advice?

Yes. Email [email protected] with the item name, your typical sizes in similar brands, and your fit preference. We’ll guide you based on the item’s cut and fabric.

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. To start a return or discuss an exchange, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Step What to do Notes
1. Request Email us your order number, item(s), and reason. Include photos for any quality or delivery issues. We’ll confirm eligibility according to our returns guidelines.
2. Instructions We’ll share the return address and packing instructions if approved. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
3. Ship back Pack items securely and provide the return tracking number to us. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
4. Inspection We inspect returned items upon receipt. Final sale items and items not in original condition are not eligible.
5. Resolution Eligible returns are processed for a refund or exchange (if stock allows). Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable.

Note: Return shipping costs and original shipping fees are typically not refundable unless we made an error or there is a confirmed defect. Exchanges depend on inventory and cannot be reserved in advance.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Once approved, we initiate the refund promptly; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.
  • If you haven’t seen a refund after our confirmation, contact your payment provider first, then email us for help.
  • Ineligible or used items may be declined or refunded partially at our discretion.
